What You'll Work On:
Assist in overseeing and mentoring 10-15 OPFOR SMEs.
Attend Event Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.
Assist in development, maintenance, and updating of internal SOPs and policies.
Ensure all Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards.
Deploy to forward locations to assist with OPFOR operations on occasion.
Ensure all new team members are trained on the Joint Land Component Constructive Capability and that existing team members retain proficiency.
