**Pay Rate** :

$111,800 - $157,800

_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan._

**Physical Location:**

This role will support multiple facilities (600+ employees) across the U.S. The specific facilities assigned will be determined based on the candidate’s home location among other business considerations.

To be considered, the candidate must live within reasonable **driving distance** of an approved **home plant** and be able to commute to that site regularly.
