Job Overview
Manages SEA Wholesale Operations across Customer orders, dispatches, reporting and back‑office data enabling wholesale sales growth, customer trading and increased efficiencies in line with SEA, strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Wholesale & Customer Operations roles to deliver end‑to‑end Customer Operations processes ensuring
- Consistent and effective customer experience across the region
- Efficiencies across ways of working with all customers to enable profitability and capacity for sales growth
- Responsible for end‑to‑end management (product master data, system access, sales order, pricing, purchasing, logistics, billing, documentation etc.)
- Manage and drive delivery of order book to meet regional targets as well as customer needs ensuring exceptional adherence with service level agreements
