Job Description - You will be part of the lead team for APAC related transactions, as well as offering legal support on commercial work flow.
- You will negotiate various commercial agreements, these include vendors, software and partnerships.
- You will develop and implement key initiatives such as privacy, regulation and compliance.
- You will work closely with colleagues across Asia on cross-border commercial and regulatory matters.
Requirements - 5 - 10 PQE
- Background in technology related work essential, this includes SaaS and AI related matters
- Mixture of law firm and In-House preferred
- APAC exposure preferred
