About The Role This position is supporting the executive Quality interface in the Region for one global OEM customer across Connected Car and Car Audio. This position is the counterpart to the Supplier Quality Assurance at the OEM and brings the voice of the customer into the HARMAN organization.
The position is part cross functional teams (program management, engineering, and operations) to deliver to our targets on initial quality, new product introduction, HARMAN supplier quality and warranty improvement.
What You Will Do
This role drives activities in the Region to support the key decision maker Customer Q Leader on all aspects of product quality for a single OEM customer. Drive continuous improvement through process and product improvements to resolve, eliminate and prevent quality issues in the Region.
