Job Description
the US Regional Easements Manager supports data center development by managing infrastructure easements (power, water, fiber). This role ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to enable timely and cost-effective delivery of real estate and utility access.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-team efforts to secure easements for utilities.
Negotiate with landowners and manage external suppliers.
Mitigate stakeholder risks and support site selection.
Oversee legal workflows for easement agreements.
Maintain documentation flow to meet project deadlines.

Pay is between 45-75/hr
