Position Summary
The Regional Firm Manager is responsible for managing the operational performance, cultural alignment, and financial results of multiple firm locations within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent implementation of firm standards across offices, promotes accountability at the production staff level, supports profit generation through performance standards, coordinates closely with firm Operations Staff under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, and maintains a fractional book of clients consistent with firm expectations.
