We are looking for a driven and structured Project Manager (PMO) to support key initiatives across CS (Customer Service) and KYC (Know Your Customer) functions. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and cross-functional project delivery across the region. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, product, risk, and compliance teams to streamline customer journeys, enhance KYC processes, and improve overall service efficiency and quality.
