The Regional Lead, SEA Incubation Esports owns Moonton's regional flagship tournament product MCT SEA, and leads the strategic direction, commercial development, and operational quality of MLBB's incubation league portfolio across Thailand, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Vietnam. The role is the regional product owner for the developmental-to-flagship competitive pathway connecting all 11 SEA countries into MSC and the M-Series World Championship.

• Lead end-to-end design, operations, and commercialisation of the MCT SEA biannual tournament, including format, broadcast, talent acquisition, monetisation, and qualifier integration.
