Role Description

Regional Leadership Advisor based in Canterbury region. The role supports, coaches and mentors school principals (primary and secondary) to address challenges and drive implementation of education priorities. Support is provided face‑to‑face, remotely, one‑to‑one, in clusters or larger group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Report to a Director of Education and work within the Te Mahau leadership team, supported nationally by a chief advisor.
• Support and coach school leaders, including principals and senior staff, across the primary and secondary sectors.
