CRITICAL PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Play a strategic leadership role in shaping and implementing the Company’s asset management strategy while ensuring contractual compliance and operational excellence. Lead and mentor maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. Conduct monthly GMR 2.1 plant inspections and audits, ensuring timely corrective actions and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop implementation of Company’s asset management policy, strategy and objectives. Manage the maintenance processes to ensure the optimal functioning of production processes / operations. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, contractual agreements and safety guidelines.
