Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Regional Manager to join their team in Kwa-Zulu NatalMinimum requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Production, Soil Science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years experience within the agricultural industry

Minimum 3 years experience in a sales leadership or management position

Experience with recruiting, developing and managing of sales team

Experience within crop nutrition, bio-stimulants, crop protection will be beneficial

Valid Driver's license

Fluent in Afrikaans and English
