Job Title: Regional Director, Client Experience, APAC
Account Leadership & Client Management • Own and lead the largest global accounts across APAC, acting as the primary client contact and senior liaison with internal teams • Drive strategic client conversations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building strong, long-term relationships • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Strategic Growth & Commercial • Translate client business challenges into clear growth opportunities, mobilising local APAC teams to deliver effective, insight-led solutions • Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities within region, connecting with other regions to fast-track the opportunities • Lead SOW development, renewals, and commercial negotiations with clients • Lead or co-lead pitches, securing new business and negotiating commercial terms
