Your mission

• Design and implement clinical training programs for healthcare professionals and surgeons.
• Conceptualise, lead, execution and evaluation of hands‑on workshops, simulations, proctorships, and wet labs.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with clinical competency requirements, product adoption objectives, and market needs.
• Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to align training with competency and market needs.
• Design and deploy Omnichannel (digital and face‑to‑face) learning solutions and simulator ecosystems to maximize educational reach and training efficiency across SEAT.
• Define and track metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring HCPs successfully progress from classroom learning to independent clinical practice.
