Responsibilities:
Drive wider operational improvements: Beyond regional management, you will identify and implement best practices, process refinements, and efficiency gains that can be scaled across the entire business.Manage a team of Regional Service Managers, Engineers, Apprentices, and Administrative staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to meet objectives.Take responsibility for regional business performance, including service/remedial quotations, engineer coordination, and spares management.Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.Qualifications and Experience:
