Job Responsibility :
Team and People Management
• Lead and manage internal/ external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operation efficiencies
• Highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity within the team
• Work and communicate with various teams based around the region
Customer Management
• Responsible to assist in managing the daily operations (execution plan, utilization management, knowledge management and communications). Ensure team actively engage assigned customers in business + performance reviews
• Monitoring KPI, including tracking of overall improvement goals and outcomes. Execute process improvement/ initiative across countries to improve KPIs situationally
