1) Responsibility of achievement of targets assigned in the area.
2) Review of market performance of assigned area

3) Review of team daily reports, target vs actual review, distributor collections and outlet enhancement.

4) Intervening in low performing, low output areas and ensuring targets are met.

5) Review of schemes/discounts/offers given in market and growth in business.

6) Complete ownership of timely collection from distributor and ensuring claims are submitted on time.

7) Complete ownership of ensuring timely billing from CFA,inventory levels at distributor and ordering norms as per company policy.

8) Resolution on exceptions delay in orders, minimum inventory planning, sales forecast

9) Reviewing proposals on new outlets, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.
