Responsibilities:
Application engineering support and consulting
Individual customer consulting and telephone sales, taking Value Selling tools into account
Customer-specific and technical correspondence with targeted implementation of Value Selling approaches
Customer campaigns to support sales activities
Systematic development of new business relationships through regional new customer acquisition in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager
Active participation in project teams as well as management of own projects aimed at increasing sales process efficiency and contributing to profitable growth
Support in new product development, product optimization, and private label projects
Customer visits as required
Handling of complaints related to product properties and applications...
