Equans is looking for a Regional Technical Services Manager to join the team in Bristol a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The Regional Technical Services Manager will cover Bristol, Dudley and Oxford.

To work closely with the Operations Manager, Contract Manager and Technical Administrators to ensure that every building under the contractual umbrella is fully compliant with our statutory maintenance obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each site remains % compliant, by ensuring all works are carried out at the correct intervals, to the correct standard. Ensuring that all corrective works are carried out within the given timescales, and that all paperwork is kept up to date and audit ready.
