Kids First is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to providein-person, in-homeABA services inAnchorage, Alaska.

If you’re not currently an RBT—no problem! We offer the training to help you become certified.


Position Overview:

RBTs work 1:1 with clients to implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Services focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide 1:1 ABA services in home-based settings
