An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse Associate to join the Treatment Support team in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale for a period of 6 months to cover maternity leave.

The post holder will participate in the functioning of the Treatment Support Team and the GM SMI Physical Health Team, focusing on SMI patients requiring treatment in the community.

Working in all areas of the HMR Treatment Support Team, including:

• To safely undertake the following procedures to meet the patient’s nursing needs including completing routine procedures including Clozapine monitoring, Venepuncture, Administering LAI in the depot clinics, ECG recording, recording and interpreting vital sign.
