Key Responsibilities- Coordinate nursing care for patients, including assessments, phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient education.
- Deliver advanced clinical interventions aligned with Mayo Clinic protocols and NICE guidance.
- Act as a clinical mentor and supervisor to junior nursing staff, supporting induction, ongoing education, and competency development.
