The Cath Lab will provide scrubs and a lead apron for cases. Minimum 2 years experience, IR experience a plus. Previous travel experience preferred.

Schedule: 4/10 hr shifts- 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday; 1-2 Call during the week; 1-2 weekends per month.
AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH required; must also have WV or compact license.
Float required within scope of practice.
You must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI (heart attack) call.

DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer. ARH coversheet and Driver's license is required in all submission packets. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME.
