Chalmers Home provides Rest Home and Hospital Level of Care – this role works 64 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster covering AM, PM and Night shifts.
You will work as part of an Enliven team in a peer-supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality care to our residents and ensure they have a positive experience whilst living in our Homes.
