SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse is a professional who assumes responsibility for providing and supervising the delivery of quality patient care within the framework of Anderson Healthcare. The RN uses initiative, independent judgment, and professional skills in utilizing the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care rendered. The RN is responsible for their own actions and competencies. The RN will apply the Nursing Process while incorporating instruction, teaching, and discharge planning into the care of each patient.
