The position manages the full care pathway—from patient identification and evaluation to implantation and long-term follow-up—while coordinating multidisciplinary care and device management. Responsibilities include patient and staff education, long-term care coordination, data collection, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. The role also requires on-call coverage M-F, nights, and weekends.
