JOB PURPOSE : The Registered Nurse serves as part of the team providing quality healthcare to El Rio Health patients. In this role, the Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, both clinical and non-clinical within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse under the Arizona State Board of Nursing and policies and procedures set by El Rio Health. The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process, collaborating with the physicians and interdisciplinary team members and provides physical and psychological support to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse works under the general supervision and review of the El Rio Health Center Manager or Associate Health Center Manager at the clinic where assigned.
