Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in FL! (Contract)



Coverage: Clearwater area (Zip 33759 to 34689)



Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, On-call ( On call = 1 week per month / 1 weekend per month

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour



Duties and Responsibilities

• Oasis Assessment


• Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs


• Disease Process Education, Medication Education, and Education


• Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits


• Team Case Conference Meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license


• BLS


• HCHB and OASIS experience is a plus
