Department Summary: 7 Mandell is a 32-bed Inpatient Medical Unit providing comprehensive and high-quality, family-centered care for patients spanning from infancy to young adulthood. Operating 24/7, patient populations served include those with restrictive eating disorders, behavioral health issues, as well as gastroenterology, complex care, renal, endocrine, pulmonary, infectious diseases, and general pediatric conditions. Our interdisciplinary team—comprising registered nurses, clinical assistants, physicians, pharmacists, social workers, child life specialists, nutrition support staff, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, behavioral health technicians, and pastoral care—works collaboratively to meet the full spectrum of patient care needs.
