Job Description
Job Scope - Provide comprehensive nursing care and health assessments for clients/residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed care plans.
- Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, medical conditions, and behavioural changes.
- Manage medical records and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
