About the role

Mercy Community are on the search for an experienced Registered Nurses for our Residential Aged Care Facility in Rockhampton. We are looking for Casual Registered Nurses to join a highly experienced, passionate and resident focused team. 

This position is responsibility for coordinating person-centred care to residents and supervision of staff across one or more clusters within the residential care facility. Working collaboratively within a professional team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents.

This role involves but not limited to: 

• Providing safe and competent clinical management and nursing interventions in accordance with recognised standards of practice & monitor and oversee staff practices to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
