Job Title: RN – Med Surg Neuro (MS/Tele)

Location: Tyler, TX

Shift: Nights 3x12 (7P–7A) | 36 hrs/week

Weekend: Half contract | Float: Yes

Unit: General Neuro (MS/Tele)

• 20 beds | 19 private rooms


• Patient Ratio: 1:6


• Adult/Geriatric | Med/Surg + Neuro/Neurosurgical

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience


• Travel experience required


• EMR: Epic


• Certs: BLS (Req), NIHSS (Pref)

Skills: IV therapy, central/PICC lines, telemetry, dysrhythmia management, oxygen/HFNC, wound care, blood products

Orientation: 16 hrs
