St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team!
Schedule: Pool Tier II, Night Shift 7pm-7:30am
Tier II Requirements: 72 hour minimum commitment per 6 week schedule, 3 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule, 1 Winter Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), 1 Spring/Summer Holiday (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
The primary objective of this position is to improve quality. Responsible for the direct and/or indirect care of patients assigned utilizing professional nursing skills and knowledge.
Assesses learning needs, readiness to learn and identify actual or potential barriers to learning and thereby incorporating the patient's education into daily activities based on age, cultural and spiritual values.
