Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse to provide specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced oncology unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering chemotherapy and immunotherapy, managing patient documentation, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout their treatment.
Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medications following established protocols.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to adverse reactions, and adjust care as necessary.
• Document patient care accurately using the Cerner and Intellidosed systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with port accessing, IV placement, and other special procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including BLS, ONS/ONCC chemo certifications, and OCN preferred.
