Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Ford City, PA
Schedule: full time - days/nights - 3x12s - rotating weekends
Pay: $38-25/hr + shift differentials
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications to residents, ensuring adherence to physician's orders and facility policies.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments on residents upon admission and on an ongoing basis, identifying physical and mental health needs and reporting any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring that medical and psychiatric needs are integrated into the overall care plan.
