Description Richmond Behavioral Health has PRN positions available for
Registered Nurses (RN) in our
CSU Division. This individual will be required to perform difficult skilled human support and administrative work administering daily medications, providing daily medical assessments, ordering medications, managing medication administration records, transcribing doctors orders, drawing blood, documenting activities, attending clinical staffing and training meetings, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Job Duties Admits clients to the program in the absence of the clinical staff; obtains physician orders; orders medications; collaborates with pharmacy; transcribes orders.
Administers medications both intramuscularly and orally.
Completes nursing assessments and medically related assessments ordered by the prescriber.
Facilitates psycho-educational groups for clients.
