As a Registered Nurse at Presbyterian Support Otago, you will lead a shift of Health Care Assistants and Enrolled Nurses to provide comprehensive healthcare to residents in a way that promotes independence and quality of life.
You will develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated plan of health care as well as perform general nursing functions. You will need sound nursing knowledge including an awareness of legislation. You will have the ability to make clinical decisions that are in the best interests of the residents’ well‑being and safety. Your relationships with residents and families will be built on trust, respect, and value for the contribution they make to the home.
