This client has multiple roles in two locations within 30 mins of Hobart who are able to take (9) shifts per fortnight or more including residential care, community care and independent living housing options.

They are seeking enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated Registered Nurses with a passion for working with the elderly to join their teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Supporting residents and clients with respect to their independence and making informed choices about their care
• Undertake initial and ongoing assessment and planning for care in partnership with the resident, with a focus on optimising health and well-being in accordance with the resident's needs, goals and preferences.
