Job Description
- Monitoring and interpreting changes in cosmetic regulations and guidelines, both locally and internationally
- Liaising with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for new and existing products
- Reviewing and ensuring all product formulations, labelling, and marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with the product development and manufacturing teams to implement regulatory compliance measures
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records to demonstrate regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks
- Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory best practices
- Registered Pharmacist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer with valid PRC License
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry
