Job Description

• Responsible for processing of permits, licenses, clearances and other authorizations related to the importation, distribution and retail. Also, monitor and set timelines for variation and renewal application.
• Prepare and submit the registration documents and other requirements for product permit and registration to the health authorities and ensure its correctness and compliance to merit the approval.
• Responsible in conducting the follow-ups on the regulatory applications to ensure the timely release of the approval of the relevant government agencies.
• Coordinate with the supplier/vendor for the required documents, product labels/markings, process and method that are necessary to the importation and distribution of all product categories.
• Undertake and manage during visit and/ or audit of the government officers. Ensure that all documents are ready, office and warehouse are in order.
