**Position summary:**

Supervises clinical staff and manages processes that govern assigned rehabilitation departments. Supervises the daily operations of assigned rehabilitation departments. In collaboration with the manager, supervises all human resource management functions (including staffing, hiring, disciplinary and terminating), purchasing and finance functions, timecard approval, financial recovery tasks, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, as well as other administrative duties.
