About the role
As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will support clients with their daily routines, rehabilitation goals, and personal care, while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Residential Team Leader and wider multidisciplinary team. 
You will: 
Implement individual rehabilitation plans 
Support clients with daily living and personal care 
Encourage skill development and independence 
Assist clients to participate in meaningful activities 
Monitor and report progress 
Contribute to the effective running of the residential facility 
Work rostered and rotating shifts across a 24/7 schedule
