We are seeking a committed, compassionate, and motivated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our highly specialised Adult Respiratory Care and Rehabilitation Team (ARCARE). This is a fixed-term contract post until 31st of March 2027, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and supportive multi‑disciplinary team.

Working across hospital and community settings in Tower Hamlets, you will play a key role in supporting people living with chronic lung disease, helping them to manage their condition and improve their quality of life.
