The Relationship Manager Assistant would be assigned to the Private Banking Advisory Team in order to ensure highest standards of service for the firm’s customers. Role also involves communication with internal departments and external clients. In addition to the responsibilities detailed in this Job Description, additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Responsibilities - Managing client onboarding process in an efficient manner including completion & submission of client account opening documents to internal & external counterparts
- Arranging responses for onboarding queries internally and externally
- Efficient management of client instruction cycle for trade placements
- Internal client query management (arranging responses & communicating where necessary)
