Job Description

Job Purpose

To meet the assigned KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growth in deposits and fee‑based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high‑value non‑borrowing & borrowing business customers.
  • Increase customer stickiness and product holding ratio by aggressively cross‑selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/Takaful, cash management solutions, etc., and driving for the main operating account.
  • Consistently analyze/review customers and team members’ portfolio to identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
