Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire SME clients with business financing requirements, offering tailored unsecured and secured business loan solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits, with a strong focus on new client acquisition (80-90% hunting, 10-20% farming).
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand clients' financing requirements and recommend suitable lending solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while achieving monthly loan disbursal and sales targets.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams, to ensure smooth loan processing, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while building long‑term relationships with business owners and key decision‑makers.
