We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our team and play a key role in driving borrower growth and disbursements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and Channel Partners to achieve monthly borrower acquisition and disbursement targets. Identify, onboard, and manage new partners to expand sourcing channels and increase overall business volumes. Collaborate with internal teams and onboarded lending partners to ensure seamless case processing and timely disbursements. Track partner performance and implement strategies to optimize productivity, conversion, and portfolio quality.
