J OB MISSION

As part of the Support team, they oversee the coordination of the teams under their responsibility, prioritize interventions to ensure a high level of service in compliance with SLAs, and support their teams in acquiring skills, while ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs.

JOB OBJECTIVES

Key Responsibilities

Review and govern all deliveries to the client from project and support teams

Ensure deliveries meet agreed scope, quality standards, and release timelines

Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end product releases across environments

Act as the single point of coordination between Product, Project, QA, Support, and Client teams

Own and manage the defect backlog, including prioritization and tracking to closure
