As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes operate at peak performance. In this highly visible role, you’ll leverage data analytics, reliability engineering principles, and structured problem-solving to identify trends, eliminate failures, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. You will work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to proactively analyze maintenance and production data, reduce downtime, and improve the lifecycle performance of critical assets—from startup through full production maturity.
