Job Description
**Description:** As the Reliability Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of reliability activities and managing a team of reliability personnel. You will lead the development and implementation of reliability tasks, such as failure analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing reliability personnel and tasks, including FRACAS, failure review boards, and development tasks
• Providing status updates to internal senior management and external customers
• Coordinating with system safety, logistics development, and engineering teams to support program activities
• Managing contracts and communicating with customers on status and technical topics
• Mentoring and developing junior staff as a Team Lead
**Basic Qualifications:**
